By downloading, installing, or using any software provided by Anolig Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use our applications.

1. Licensing and Acceptable Use

• Anolig Downloader Pro & Media Translator: These are premium products. A purchased license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on a single device, linked by a Hardware ID.
• Anolig Downloader Free Version: Provided free of charge for personal use.

You may strictly not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any Anolig Software products.

2. User Content & Legal Liability

Anolig Software provides tools for file downloading and media translation. We do not host, provide, or take responsibility for the files or media you interact with.

• Anolig Downloader: The user is solely responsible for the legality of the URLs and files they choose to download. You must ensure you have the legal right to download and use the media. Anolig Software disclaims any liability for copyright infringement or illegal activities conducted by the user.
• Anolig Media Translator: While our AI models strive for accuracy, translations are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of the translated text. Anolig Software is not liable for any misinterpretations or consequences resulting from translated outputs.

3. Service and Moderation

Anolig Software reserves the right to suspend or terminate service, updates, or license validation for any device found to be actively circumventing our security software, attempting piracy, or violating these Terms of Use.

4. Indemnification & Complete Disclaimer

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

• Your use of our software is at your sole risk. The software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
• Anolig Software, its developers, and affiliates are completely shielded and hold ZERO legal liability for how you choose to use our tools. If you utilize Anolig Downloader to download copyrighted, restricted, or illicit material, or use Anolig Media Translator for restricted documents, you alone bear the full legal consequences.
• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anolig Software from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or liabilities arising out of your illegal, unauthorized, or improper software use.

5. Modifications to Terms

Anolig Software reserves the absolute right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. These updates may be deployed to adapt to new legal infrastructures, Microsoft Store policies, software updates, or security requirements. Your continued use of the software after any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.
