1. Right to Erasure (Data Deletion)

If you no longer wish to use Anolig Downloader or Anolig Media Translator and want your anonymous Hardware ID removed from our active licensing systems, you may request its deletion. Please note that data deletion may involve revoking active software functionality tied to your machine.

2. Microsoft Store Purchases and Strict Refund Liability

For users who purchase licenses or download our software via the Microsoft Store, you acknowledge the following absolute conditions:

• All payments, licensing distributions, tax handling, and transaction records are directly and exclusively managed by Microsoft Corporation.
• Complete Liability Disclaimer: Anolig Software holds absolutely ZERO liability for financial transactions, billing issues, card charges, or refund disputes. We do not have access to your financial data and we do not process payments manually.
• All refund requests, disputes, or subscription inquiries must be processed directly through your Microsoft Account dashboard, governed entirely by the standard Microsoft Store return policy. Anolig Software cannot and will not issue external refunds under any circumstances.

3. Software Updates Entitlement

Active Users and Pro License holders are entitled to:

• Security Patches: Critical updates related to standard network protection and compatibility.
• Stability Improvements: Bug fixes prioritizing translation accuracy and download speeds.
• Access Continuity: Consistent connections to the verification servers to validate software integrity.
