Important: AI Translation consumes high resources and license Delivery is immediate. Therefore, all sales are considered final once the key is delivered.

1. Digital Good Waiver

By purchasing Anolig Media Translator, you acknowledge that this is a "Digital Good" which is exempt from standard 14-day cooling-off periods once accessed/downloaded.

2. 7-Day Technical Guarantee

We ONLY offer refunds within 7 days if:

The software crashes or fails to start on a compatible Windows PC.
AND you provided error logs to our support team.
AND we failed to fix the issue within 3 business days.

refunds are NOT granted for: poor translation quality (AI varies), slow rendering on old hardware, or simply "not liking" the UI.

3. Dispute & Chargeback Policy

Filing a dispute without contacting support is considered Fraud.

If you open a PayPal dispute/claim without a valid technical reason found by our support:

Your license will be revoked.
Your details will be reported to anti-fraud databases.
We will use your Checkout Consent Log (IP & Time) as evidence to challenging the dispute.
