1. NO "Change of Mind" Refunds

2. Technical Issues Exception (7-Day Guarantee)
We offer a limited 7-Day Money Back Guarantee ONLY if:

- AND you have contacted our Support Team to resolve the issue.
- AND we were unable to resolve the technical issue within 48 hours.
3. Unauthorized Chargebacks
Any unauthorized chargeback or dispute filed with PayPal/Bank without contacting support first is a violation of these terms.
In such cases:
- Your license will be immediately permanently banned.
- Your IP address and device ID will be blacklisted from all future Anolig services.
- We will submit this signed policy agreement (including your IP and Consent Log) to PayPal/Bank as evidence to contest the dispute.
4. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree that you waive your right to a "cooling-off" period for this digital content, as performance has begun immediately upon license delivery.
